What is Batch Coffee Club?
Batch Coffee Club is a UK coffee subscription run by a team of coffee professionals. Roasters across the country send them samples. They taste them, choose their favourites, and deliver two different coffees to subscribers every two or four weeks, whole bean or ground to suit your brew method.
Every box features different roasters, so Batch is one of the best ways to explore UK specialty coffee without committing to a single brand. Their packaging is plastic-free and compostable, something we care about deeply too.
How do coffee subscription curators choose what goes in the box?
Curated subscriptions only work if the curation is strict. Batch receives far more coffee than it could ever send out, and only two coffees make each box. Selection comes down to what’s in the cup: clarity of flavour, sweetness, balance, and whether a coffee will genuinely delight someone opening it at home.

What makes Routes Coffee different?
Routes began when two friends travelled home from Australia through more than 30 countries, learning from farmers, roasters and baristas along the way. Tutti Frutti (Colombia, Quindío): bright, juicy and sparkling

Tutti Frutti is built on contrast. Pink Bourbon provides a smooth, balanced base, while a co-fermented Caturra brings vivid fruit and a lively, almost sparkling acidity. It’s a modern Colombian coffee for anyone who loves fruit-forward coffee.
What is a co-fermented coffee?
Co-fermentation is a processing method in which coffee cherries or beans ferment in controlled conditions, sometimes alongside other ingredients such as fruit or yeast, to develop particular flavours. Done carefully, it heightens aroma, fruit character and brightness. Flower Dance and Tutti Frutti each pair a co-fermented lot with Pink Bourbon, so the cup is expressive without becoming overwhelming.
