At Routes Coffee, we believe coffee should reflect care for people, craft, and the planet. We’re a UK-based specialty roastery. To achieve this, we work with producers we trust. We roast coffees we believe in. We refine our process constantly to bring out the best in every lot. Our focus is on clarity, sweetness, and balance. We want coffees that are vibrant without being fussy. Expressive without being overwhelming.
Recently, we travelled to Colombia and Costa Rica. In Tarrazú, we cupped experimental microlots with producers we’ve long admired. In Huila, we saw how drying techniques impact flavour clarity. These trips aren’t just about sourcing. They’re about listening, learning, and building long-term relationships.
Because of this, we’re always evolving from roast profiles to origin selection. Our goal is to serve coffee with traceable origins, backed by a story we’re proud of. Whether you’re a café owner or looking for specialty coffee for home, Routes is here to make better coffee more possible.
