Shyira – Rwanda | Natural 

Nestled in the stunning Nyabihu District of Rwanda, Shyira produces a bright and expressive natural coffee, grown between 1800 and 2000 MASL. Sourced from the region’s high-altitude farms, this Red Bourbon variety showcases the distinct, sun-drenched character of the land.

The process begins with hand-sorting, followed by a careful floating of the cherries to remove defects. Once sorted, the cherries are laid on raised beds, where they dry slowly over 30 days, turned consistently under the bright sun and covered at night to protect from moisture. This method preserves the vibrant fruitiness of the coffee, with tasting notes of cherry, citrus, and a touch of caramel sweetness.

This light roast highlights the natural, high-grown flavors of Shyira, creating a cup that’s clean, lively, and full of complexity. Perfect for those who love a bright, fruit-forward coffee with a smooth finish.
