From the lush highlands of Dipilto in Nicaragua’s Nueva Segovia region comes La Roca, a coffee born from generations of expertise and a deep respect for the land. The producers here are masters of both tradition and innovation, combining time-honoured farming practices with modern techniques to create coffees that have earned international recognition — including multiple top-10 Cup of Excellence placements.

This blend brings together the region’s celebrated varieties: Caturra (35%), Pacas (14%), Catuaí (35%), Bourbon (10%), with a touch of rare Maragogype and Macaraturra. Each lot is cultivated with care, making the most of Dipilto’s ideal climate and rich soils to produce a cup that is bright, balanced, and bursting with character.
