LAS FLORES FARM

Finca Las Flores, located in Huila’s Pitalito region, has a rich history. It was founded over 30 years ago by Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure, who started with just 16 hectares dedicated to coffee. After Nubia’s passing in 2012, their sons, Johan and Diego, took over the farm. They brought fresh ideas and innovation to coffee cultivation and processing.

Today, the farm produces a range of high-quality coffees, including Tabi, Red Bourbon, Java, Maracaturra, Pink Bourbon, Gesha, and Caturra Chiroso. The Pink Bourbon, processed using the washed method, is a standout.

Johan focuses on developing new methods to improve the coffee’s flavor. Diego manages production, fermentation, and drying. Their combined expertise ensures consistency and top-notch quality, which has positioned Finca Las Flores as a leader in specialty coffee.
